Social Committee
Callaway Baptist Church is a warm, caring body of believers who enjoy sharing times of fun, food and fellowship throughout the calendar year! The Social Committee exists to help facilitate many of these church-wide events. We assist in the planning process and the practical implementation of several types of events, such as:
Fifth Wednesday Night Fellowship Meals
Pastors Luncheon (when held at Callaway Baptist Church)
Homecoming
Fall Festival
Church-wide Christmas Party
In addition to these annual events, the Social Committee plans a variety of fellowship activities in order to provide opportunities for our church family to actively draw closer to each other by sharing how the Lord is working in each of our lives as we serve Him together!
It is our pleasure and privilege to serve our church and our Lord by enabling wonderful times of fellowship and sharing that help us grow together in the body of Christ. This is an easy task in such a loving church family, always ready to work together to make all of our church-wide occasions memorable and joyous for all involved.
100th Homecoming Celebration!
Plans are underway for our upcoming 100th Homecoming Celebration on September 12, 2010! We are so thankful for the blessings the Lord has showered upon Callaway Baptist Church! It is our prayerful desire to hold this special milestone worship service in our new sanctuary! We will enjoy inspired preaching, as well as special music from "The Envoys"!
