WHAT IS AWANA?
"Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" 2 Timothy 2:15
Preparing kids to faithfully follow Christ for a lifetime. Features games, stories, songs and
awards. A little like scouting, boys and girls earn uniforms to wear to club and work at home
with their families in workbooks to learn Bible verses and complete activities.
The purpose of Awana is to teach boys and girls the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve
Him. This is accomplished through Scripture memorization and Biblical lessons designed
to bring Clubbers to a better understanding of how God loves them and wants them to live
